TrueTrack AI provides AI-assisted calorie and macro tracking for informational purposes. Our estimates are not medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional for dietary decisions.
Accuracy & Confidence Scores
Our AI provides calorie estimates with visible confidence scores. These scores reflect the model's certainty — they are not guarantees of absolute accuracy. We encourage users to review and adjust estimates as needed.
Free & Paid Tiers
The free tier of TrueTrack AI is genuinely free with no time limit, no daily entry cap, and no ads. Plus tier pricing is $6.99/month or $49.99/year, clearly stated before purchase. You may cancel at any time.
Your Content
Food photos and logs you create belong to you. You grant TrueTrack AI a limited license to process this content for the purpose of providing the service and improving AI accuracy.
Safety
TrueTrack AI includes safety guardrails including minimum calorie floors. These features are designed to support healthy use of the app and should not be disabled or circumvented.
GLP-1 & GIP Medication Support
TrueTrack AI's medication support covers injectable, oral, and compounded GLP-1/GIP therapies as an informational tool only — it is not medical advice. Medication-level charts are estimates based on published pharmacokinetic profiles and do not represent your personal blood levels. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved brand products; dosing and purity can vary by pharmacy. Always confirm sourcing, dosing, and switching decisions with your prescribing clinician.
Disclaimer of Warranties; No Medical or Nutritional Advice
TrueTrack AI is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that estimates will be accurate.
Nothing in TrueTrack AI is medical or nutritional advice, and the app is not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional consultation. Calorie estimates, macro breakdowns, confidence scores, pattern insights, and any coaching suggestions are estimates only, not clinical guidance — a "high" confidence score reflects the model's certainty, not a guarantee of accuracy. You assume all risk from any decision made based on app data, including diet, medication, or health decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before acting on any information from TrueTrack AI.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northbound Digital LLC ("TrueTrack AI," "we," "us") shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100. This cap applies even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Because TrueTrack provides estimates and not medical advice, you agree that we are not responsible for any harm resulting from relying on the app in place of professional medical or nutritional care, or from acting on a low-confidence or inaccurate estimate without confirming it.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Northbound Digital LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or (c) your misuse of the app, including relying on the app's estimates in place of professional medical or nutritional care and suffering harm as a result. We may participate in the defense of any such claim with our own counsel at our own expense.
Data Deletion Policy
We want you to be in control of your data. Here's what actually happens, in plain language.
How to request deletion. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app: go to Settings → Account → Delete account. You can also request deletion by contacting us through our Contact page.
Timeline. We process deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them. Once complete, your account, meal logs, food photos, macro targets, coach conversations, wellness logs (symptoms and sleep), inventory, recipes, and community posts are deleted and cannot be recovered.
What may be retained. We may retain billing and subscription records where required for legal, tax, or accounting compliance, and we may keep fully anonymized, aggregate data that can no longer be linked to you (for example, aggregate counts used to improve our models). We do not retain identifiable nutrition or health data after the deletion window closes.
Deleted nutrition data is not recoverable. After the 30-day window, deleted meal logs, photos, and nutrition data are permanently removed from our systems and cannot be restored.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Northbound Digital LLC is a New York limited liability company. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the app will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
Note: We have not included a mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver in these Terms. If you'd like to add one to limit class litigation exposure, that is a strategic decision we recommend discussing with counsel — it is a bigger call than standard boilerplate and is not added here automatically.
